We’ve had a very positive experience with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and always approachable. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly and effectively. The nursery’s app is a great feature, allowing us to see daily updates, including photos and details about meals and snacks, which gave us peace of mind throughout the day.

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a clearer introduction of staff members and their roles at the outset, as this wasn’t always immediately clear. Overall, I highly recommend this nursery. My daughter was hoot and excited to attend and made friends. My daughter had a wonderful time there, and we are grateful for the support and care she received.

My daughter recently graduated and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, attention, and learning she received during her time there. The teachers are kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated to helping each child grow in their own unique way.

Since joining, she became more confident, independent, and curious — always excited to share what she did at school. The environment is warm, safe, and full of creative activities that helped her thrive socially and academically.

Great place…

Our boy did learn a lot with Docklands nursery, his abilities to express himself, be confident and encourage to make mistakes and learn about, I have to give all the credits to them. I know how hard was for everyone in there but also appareciate a lot how much they did for me! We are so grateful for everything they done. We are confident on his new chapter will do well too because of they structure and support.

We had a great experience with DVN for our son. He started going to the nursery when he was 7 months, now he is almost 2y. All the staff are so caring and patient. The nursery is very clean and intimate. We couldn’t have asked for a better environment for him. He has learned so much too. We are impressed how much he has grown and developed everyday. Definitely recommend!!

My son has been attending DVN for over 2 years and has recently graduated. He has made lots of friends and enjoyed his time there. The teachers have always kept us informed on his activities via a convenient online system and gave us updates on our son’s daily progress during pick-up time. All the staff have been very helpful in his development and making him becoming more independent.

I am very grateful for their professional yet caring approach to making our son comfortable, engaged, and willing to keep exploring. Given how challenging it was for us to find the right nursery for our baby during Covid, I would like to leave our review here. We highly recommend DVN to any parent looking for a trustworthy and good quality place for their children.
